Developing (single-cell) DLO Hi-C spatial genomics for elucidating three-dimensional epigenetic regulation in the genome.

The team previously developed a cost-effective and highly efficient chromosome conformation capture technology called DLO Hi-C (Nature Genetics, 2018) . A highlight commentary on this research was published in the same issue of Nature Genetics, where it was praised as "an elegant strategy." Building on this foundation, we further developed a single-cell spatial genomics technology named sciDLO-HiC (Nature Communications, 2022). Using these technologies, we have elucidated the "cross-kingdom" interaction mechanism between the pseudorabies virus (PRV) and the host genome (Science Advances, 2021) .
